Q: HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

A: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to initiate a return, please reach out to us with your 4-digit order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will assess your request and provide further return instructions.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEM?

A: We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your 4-digit order number, complete unpacking video (instruction are on the notice label), and any relevant details. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Q: HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

A: Once we receive your returned item, processing may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.

Q: WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?

A: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be processed to the issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve a cancellation. Please note that posting times may vary depending on your bank. If you experience delays, we recommend checking directly with your card issuer.
